Army Corps of Engineers,\nand discretionary funding provided by a grant from the Ford Foundation,\nsubstantial progress was made at EQL and SPL in achieving the objectives\nof the initial Planning and Assessment Phase of the CIT/SIO\nSediment Management Project. The current timetable for completion\nof this phase is June 1978.\nThis report briefly describes the project status including\ngeneral administration, special activities, and technical work.",
