        "abstract": "<p>First release accompanying the paper \"Predicting Fungal Contaminants for Space\n  Missions Using Proteome-Wide Screening for Protein Orthologs\" (Astrobiology).</p>\n<p>Automated Python pipeline that extracts proteomes from UniProt, NCBI, JGI GOLD,\n  and OrthoDB, runs BLASTp against reference sets of 25 stress-resistance\n  proteins, computes identity-based S-score and A-score values, annotates each of\n  the 1,553 organisms with its taxonomic phylum, and generates the analytical\n  matrices and figures presented in the paper.</p>\n<p>Evidence is scored per property as 0 (none), 1 (&gt;=35% protein identity), or 2 (&gt;=75%).</p>\n<p>Dataset: <a href=\"https://doi.org/10.22002/rttgr-mmc07\" rel=\"nofollow\">https://doi.org/10.22002/rttgr-mmc07</a>\n  Reproduction guide: docs/<a href=\"http://REPRODUCING.md\" rel=\"nofollow\">REPRODUCING.md</a></p>",
